ORDER PROCESSING TIME FOR STANDARD DELIVERY ORDERS

Due to the impact that COVID-19 Pandemic has caused our suppliers, we are experiencing longer than normal delivery times. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as the situation improves.

 

Economy and Standard delivery orders usually ship from our fulfillment facility within 48-72 hours after the order is placed; these orders require a 3-4 day order processing time. Additionally, the order processing time for Economy and Standard delivery orders may be longer during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's or Christmas.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping & Handling charges are based on standard US Postal Service Rates for domestic locations. 

 

Orders with WHIPPED SHEA BUTTER will require special handling and shipping to ensure that the product maintains its amazing whipped and fluffy texture and appearance. "Additional shipping and handling charges may apply during the summer season".

Not all services are available for all destinations. Service options will be displayed at checkout.

ZEN-Me offers a 30 day return policy for any defective and unused product. If at any time your are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you have up to 30 days to return the item for exchange for the same product or complete refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).

To be eligible for a refund, your order must be unused or defective and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

 

*** Our Shea Butter Based products will melt in temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit.  When ordering during summer months, ZEN-Me Creations will not be responsible for reimbursement if product melts during shipment. However, the product is still usable - place the product in the freezer for approximately 20-30 minutes and let the product sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Doing this will allow the product to solidify once again, but it will lose its fluffiness and volume (this is not an issue).***
